Mr. Basu Mallick submits that the petitioners have separate cause of action, as such cannot maintain a single writ petition for redressal of their grievances.

Ms. Sengupta, learned senior advocate for the petitioners submits that to avoid unnecessary complications, leave may be granted to the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions afresh. Leave as prayed for is granted, W.P.A. 21822 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. This order however will not prevent the petitioners to file fresh writ petitions separately for the self-same relief.
