Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

Conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to enter the jurisdiction of Tamluk P.S and to report to the officer-incharge of Sgardighi police station within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing once in a week are waived. 4.

However he shall meet the officer-in-charge of Tamluk P.S once a month until further orders.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
