Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 19th December, 2025 as follows:

"In paragraph 3 at page 2 in the eighth line, paragraph 4 at page 2 in the third line, paragraph 6 at page 2 in the second line and paragraph 7 at page 3 in the second line mentioning the words "Chairman, Uttar Dinajpur District Primary School Council, respondent no.5" instead of "Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no.4".

The aforesaid order is modified as follows. The words "Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, respondent no.4" be read in place of "Chairman, Uttar

Dinajpur District Primary School Council, respondent no.5". in paragraph 3 at page 2 in the eighth line, paragraph 4 at page 2 in the third line, paragraph 6 at page 2 in the second line and paragraph 7 at page 3 in the second line.

The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

This order shall form part of the order dated 19th December, 2025.
