The report reflects that compounding charges of Rs.16,000/- has already been deposited by the petitioner, namely, Gobinda Chandra Mondal. Accordingly, further proceedings of Special Case No.234 of 2023 arising out of Ausgram Police Station Case No.148 of 2023 under Sections 135(1)(a)(b) of the Electricity Act pending before the learned Judge, Special Court (I.E.Act), Burdwan be hereby quashed.

Thus, the revisional application being CRR 3461 of 2023 is allowed.

The petitioner, as such, is discharged from the bail bonds.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
