....Advocates Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for correction of a typographical error in the last line of the third paragraph of the judgment dated September 22, 2025 delivered by this Court. The mistake is apparent. In place of 1.70 cms., the same shall be read and corrected as 170 cms.

None appears for the respondents.

Above correction shall be incorporated in the judgment dated September 22, 2025.

Rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
