The petitioners claim that the private respondents are effecting construction on Government land in front of their property. The construction is obstructing free ingress and egress of the petitioners.

The petitioners may file an appropriate application before the concerned Government authority, which owns the land, in accordance with law.

The Saktipur Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Saktipur Police Station is taken on record.
