The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Nadia has submitted instructions to the learned Counsel for the State dated 24th March, 2025. The same is taken on record.

It appears that the concerned District Magistrate and/or Collector has been permitted to issue legal heir ship certificate in terms of a communication dated 25th April, 2005 issued by the Home Ministry of the State. 3.

Accordingly, the Collector, Nadia has requested the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Nadia to forward five several documents to his office. Two of such documents are family members' affidavit and local Panchayat and Councilor certificate. Other

documents are available with the D.I. and could be supplied directly.

The D.I. of Schools in turn forwarded the request of the Collector, Naida to the petitioner. The petitioner appears to be stuck on the fact that she supplied copies to the S.I. of Schools, Chakdah, Nadia on 2nd April, 2024 and is not obliged to submit any further documents.

This Court notes that the petitioner does not appear to be very serious in pursuing her claim for pension. If she is, in fact, so, she would have supplied the unavailable documents with the D.I. of Schools to his office for onward transmission to the office of the Collector, Nadia.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to comply with the requisitions of the office of the Collector and the DPPG, CPAN 1474 of 2024 shall stand disposed of. 7.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

9.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
