Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that by order dated 17th June, 2025 of the Division Bench passed in MAT 899 of 2025, the order dated 23rd April, 2025 of this Court has been set aside and the matter has been remanded for fresh consideration. However, the petitioner intends to challenge the order passed by the SDO on 6th December, 2024. He seeks for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 22528 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file afresh.
