Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the property complained of belongs to his ancestors.

On the other hand, the private respondent no.4 also complained that she is also an heir of the said ancestors and the same is an undemarcated property. Over the issue relating to the property, Title Suit no.248 of 2024 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Burdwan. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that both the petitioner and the private respondent no.4 are at strained relationship of hot altercation, threats and use of abusive slang languages which take place amongst the parties.

Police authorities, as such, have drawn up proceedings under Section 126/135 of the BNSS. Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the inimical relationship existing between the parties, police authorities are directed to ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22115 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
