Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for two years and four months and similarly placed accused person has already been granted bail.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the final arguments before the learned trial Court has commenced. Having considered the belated stage at which the petitioner has approached this Court, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1155 of 2025 is dismissed.
