Petitioner is in custody for more than 111 days. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant submits that his client is receiving threat from phone numbers which belong to the petitioner as well as his relations. A separate criminal case has been registered in this regard. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had suppressed his prior marriage and had cohabited with the de-facto complainant. Even from custody, threats are held out

to the de-facto complainant by the petitioner as well as his relations.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and in order to protect the de-facto complainant and other witnesses from undue influence, threat or coercion, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
