Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Deputy Solicitor General opposes the prayer for bail and submits the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in March, 2022 and trial is in progress.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits in March, 2022. Trial is in progress. Two witnesses have already been examined. In view of the aforesaid materials on record and gravity of the offence involving rape of minor children, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
