The petitioner is a retired Group-'D' staff of Chirulia Bibartan Bidyabhaban, District-Purba Medinipur. He is praying payment of his arrear salary.

Sailendranath Chakraborty, learned advocate for the State files copy of the instruction which he has received from the District Inspector of Schools (S.E) Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein, let it be kept with the record. It appears from the said instruction that a bill of Rs.10,25,481.00 (Rupees ten lakhs twenty five thousand four hundred eighty one only) has been raised in favour of the petitioner for payment of such arrear salary and it has been sent to the Treasury Officer, Tamluk for disbursement.

The prayer of the petitioner has already been allowed, as such no further order(s) need be passed in the instant writ petition.

WPA 21841 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
