1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievances have already been redressed since the investigation into the FIR has been completed and charge-sheet No. 248 of 2021 dated 15th March, 2022 has been submitted.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

3. The instructions of the Dum Dum Police Station dated 6th April, 2023 filed in Court today be taken on record.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
