Learned counsel for the State submits that out of twenty nine accused persons ten have expired and others have surrendered before the Court and were granted bail. December 18, 2025 has been fixed for commitment of the case.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
