Heard the submissions of both the learned Advocates as well as the learned Advocate representing the de facto complainant.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits the deceased was a notorious criminal and died due to gang war and the present petitioners have been falsely implicated. 3.

On perusal of materials on record and from the statement made by various witnesses and the gruesome murder that has happened because of the gang war and the extent of complicity of the present petitioners, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer at this stage specifically when the date is fixed for consideration of charge on 31st October, 2025. 4.

That apart, the prayers of the other co-accused were turned down on 23rd July, 2025.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected.
