Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that an information was furnished to the Officer-in-Charge, Haripal Police Station on or about 08.09.2025. State has submitted a report which reflects that on the basis of the complaint of the present petitioner, Haripal Police Station Case No.621 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos.4, 5, 6 and 8 is present.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities, I direct that the police authorities would

take the investigation of the case which has been registered to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22113 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
