Mr. Keshab Chadra Das Ms. Aparajita Mondal Mr. Biplab Adak ....for the petitioner Mr. Prasun Mukherjee Mr. Deepak Agarwal ....for the HPCL Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner claims to be the owner of Plot No.383 within Mouza-Mallasarul under Police Station-Galsi in the District of Purba Bardhaman measuring about 49 satak. The petitioner states that the authorities of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) have installed a pipe line underneath the property of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that till date no compensation has been paid by the authorities of HPCL. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a hearing notice was served upon the petitioner dated July 18, 2025 requesting the petitioner to attend the hearing fixed on July 22, 2025. The learned advocate submits that the petitioner duly attended the said hearing on July 22, 2025, but till date no order has been communicated to the petitioner.

The learned advocate appearing for the HPCL submits that an order has been passed on July 22, 2025. A copy of the said order has been submitted before this Court, which is taken on record.

A copy of such order has also been furnished to the learned advocate for the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated July 22, 2025 it will be open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.

With the above observations WPA 22142 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted.

There will be no order as to costs.
