Learned advocate for the National Highway Authorities are represented.

The provisions of the Act of 2002 allows to the petitioner an opportunity of hearing before the appropriate Authorities. The petitioner is at liberty to avail of the statutory remedies provided under the Act of 2002.

In view of the fact that the petitioner possessing statutory alternative remedies which is effective and efficacious, interference of a writ court is not called for. All issues raised by the parties are kept open.

WPA 20092 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
