Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the forest authority in disposing his reply dated 12th October, 2022, filed against the show-cause notice dated 8th October, 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 21849 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Range Officer/respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid reply/response dated 12th October, 2022, filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking

order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their authorized reprsentatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
