1. The petitioner complains that Sainthia Police Station has not enforced the order of injunction dated 21st may, 2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sadar Court at Suri, Birbhum in Title Suit No. 147 of 2014.

2. The order is subsisting as on date. By a further order dated 25th August, 2022, the Court directed the Sainthia Police Station to ensure that the Court's order is not violated.

3. The petitioner complains that the private respondents are merrily flouting the order in question.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court directs the Sainthia Police Station to strictly enforce the order of injunction passed by the Civil Court and ensure that Durga Puja celebrated by the private respondents does not in any way encroach upon the petitioner's land and disturb in any way.

5. In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner, the Sainthia Police Station shall post a police picket at the said locale at the petitioner's costs.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
