1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the impugned proceedings being P.M.C. No. 51 of 2008 under Section 8 of West Bengal Land Reforms Act, presently pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Hooghly.

Considering the relief prayed for service in the present case is dispensed with.

It appears that the case before the trial Court is pending since 2008.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the case of 2008 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of this order.

The revisoinal application stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
