The Officer-in-Charge of Tamluk Police Station will consider the representation dated 08.09.2025 at the earliest keeping in mind that the district itself would be in festive mode. In case there are other issues, the Officerin-Charge would consider the impediments and the same by way of normal process can be overcome. He would facilitate the same for the organizers to perform the Puja by the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21901 of 2025 is disposed of.
