This is a writ petition of the year 2009 praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to cause an investigation in terms of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in respect of the complaint made by the petitioner. Order sheet reflects that the hearing of the said petition was adjourned at the instance of the petitioner on 26th November, 2009, 28th January, 2010 and 11th October, 2012. The writ petition was called on for hearing on other dates as well and the writ petitioner was not represented on all such previous occasions. It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to move the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
