Counsel for the writ petitioner claims that the private respondents are obstructing erection of a boundary wall around the premises which he has lawfully purchased.

Counsel for the private respondent no. 10 submits that the petitioner has no title to the entire property since his vendor could have at best title to 3.5 sataks of land.

There are disputes raised by the private respondents on the petitioner's right in respect of the property.

Be that as it may, the parties cannot take the law into their hands. The police shall strictly ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

Any civil rights that the parties may have against one and another may be agitated before the appropriate civil forum.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
