It was further submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that the charge-sheet in the G.R. Case No. 947 of 2023 had already been filed and in view of the changed circumstances intended to withdraw the instant revisional application with liberty to file fresh revisional application. The written instruction placed by the learned advocate representing the petitioner be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application being CRR 3467 of 2023 stands withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

The pending application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed.
