Mr. Soumyadeep Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that already the Chairman, Nadia District Primary School Council has issued order of transfer of the petitioner on 13th March, 2026 and as such nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. He files a copy of the order of Chairman, Nadia District Primary School Council dated 13th March, 2026 which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 22159 of 2025 stands disposed of being redundant.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

5. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
