For the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Sonali Das, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant which has been issued by the ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Amta, Howrah on 19.8.23 in connection with S.T. Case No. 114/2018.

Having regard to the undertaking given by learned advocate for the petitioner that, henceforth, the petitioner would be attending the trial court regularly and will not contribute any delay to the proceedings, I direct that, in case, the petitioner appears on or before 6th of October, 2023 before the ld. Trial Court, then, the ld. Trial Court will allow the petitioner to continue on same bail and bond subject to the conditions that he should meet with the

officer-in-charge of Joypur P.S. once in a week for a period of six months.

In case, the petitioner do not surrender or appear before the ld. Trial Court on or before 6th of October, 2023, then, ld. Trial Court on 7th of October, 2023 will take steps for compliance of the provisions of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3468 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
