It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision. The instant application pertains to quash of a proceeding being Special Case (POCSO) No. 65/2022 under Sections 8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act pending before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court at Barrackpore.

Since the accused/petitioner does not want to proceed with the instant revision, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
