Petitioner is in custody for 58 days. It is submitted no narcotic substance was recovered from his possession. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail. He submits petitioner is one of the associates of coaccuseds and had entered into conspiracy for trafficking of narcotic substance.

We have considered the materials on record. Investigation is still in progress. Co-accuseds are at large. In view of the aforesaid facts and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
