The petitioner claims that she has been wrongly named in a status report filed by the CBI in connection with the recruitment scam found with the SSC selection process of the year 2016.

This Court is of the view that the writ petition cannot be entertained since the petitioner has effective alternative remedy against the charge sheet as and when the CBI files the same.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
