The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of the Title Execution case being No. 3 of 2019 pending before the Ld. Civil Judge, Jr. Division 3rd Court at Asansol, Paschim Burdwan.

It appears that the execution case is pending since 2019. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with. As the execution case is pending for about 7 years the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endevour to dispose of the Title Execution Case being No. 3 of 2019 expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of this order in accordance with law.
