Considering the nature of dispute and allegation raised in this writ petition I am of the view that it is purely criminal in nature and the Magistrate concerned had the appropriate jurisdiction against the cause of action raised by the petitioner and in view of the availability of alternative remedy I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 21866 of 2023 and accordingly the same is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail the remedy available to him before any appropriate forum.
