... for the Union of India Ms. Lala learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court on March 21, 2023 in WPA 26067 of 2023 has not been complied with by the concerned authorities/Punjab National Bank (PNB). She submits that the Impugned order dated July 10, 2023 passed by the Circle Head, Punjab National Bank is not a consonance with this Court's order dated March 21, 2003.

Ms. Roy Choudhury learned counsel appearing on behalf of the bank admits that personal hearing was not given to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the order dated July 10, 2023 is set aside and quashed. WPA 21867 of 2023 is disposed

of with the direction to comply with the order dated March 21, 2023.
