1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has drawn my attention to the fact that there is a typographical mistake in the cause title of order dated 28.01.2025 and submits that the name of the opposite party has been wrongly recorded as "Tanushree Goswami & Anr." instead of "Ashok Manna". It should be read as "Ashok Manna" instead of "Tanushree Goswami & Anr.".

2. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction.

3. The remaining portion of the order dated 28.01.2025 will remain as same.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 28.01.2025.
