Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. On perusal of the writ petition, I find that against the grievance raised in this writ petition and the relief asked for, by petitioner has already made a representation through advocate on 10th March, 2022 being Annexure P12 to the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition being WPA No.22296 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 10th March, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
