Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears from the report and is also submitted on behalf of the parties that the present dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the parties have filed an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act which is pending.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the present proceeding to continue shall be a futile exercise. Sessions case no.91 of 2021 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court, Purba Medinipur is quashed. The petitioners be set at liberty at once and discharged from their bail bonds.

The present application, being CRR 3865 of 2024 disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
