The year of the writ petition should be 2024 instead of 2025.

Accordingly, the writ petition number should be corrected as W.P.A. 22574 of 2024 in both the orders dated July 18, 2025 and September 19, 2025.

The above correction shall be incorporated and read into the orders dated July 18, 2025 and September 19, 2025.

The rest of the orders remain unaltered and without any modification.
