1. Petitioners submit though they are not named in the FIR. No specific overt act is levelled against them. They pray for quashing of the impugned proceeding.

2. I have considered the averments in the FIR. In the report it is alleged one Babul Mondal dishonestly induced the de facto complainant to part with money on the false promise of giving training and employment. Subsequently the complainant was handed over fake appointment letters. The allegations are serious and disclose cognizable offences. Investigation is in progress.

3. In such view of the matter it may not be prudent to quash the proceeding so far as the petitioners are concerned.

4. In the event upon conclusion of investigation charge is filed, it shall be open to the petitioners to agitate their grievances in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
