Mr. Suranjan Mondal .....for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the revisional application pertains to an order passed under Section 144 of the Code in the year 2012. Since there is a time period for which such order can sustain, the present application has now become infructuous.

In view of the above, the revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.
