Report in respect of the earlier exception of the petitioner, as filed by the State in Court, is taken on record. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners would not like to press this application.

Copy of the instruction given by WhatsApp, as filed in Court, is also taken on record.

However, from the instruction it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioners was instructed not to attend the Court on the particular day.

It appears that the petition had been heard on numerous occasions and steps were taken in view of directions passed. In Investigation by a SIT was done under the supervision of the

concerned Superintendent of Police. A charge sheet has also been filed. Steps have been taken against the errant officers. In fact, there is hardly anything more to be done in this writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.13 submits that his client was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any costs.
