The said report reflects that the victim girl was recovered pursuant to the order dated 15.09.2023. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the ultimate purpose of the petitioner being the mother of the victim girl was related to the victim girl being recovered. The purpose having been served, let law take its own course. In view of the submissions so advanced on behalf of the petitioner, further pendency of the present application is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the application being CRM (SB) 185 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
