1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that repeated notice has been issued to the appellants and their advocate has been refused.

2. The appellants are not represented today also.

3. Hence, F.A.T. 477 of 2017 shall stand dismissed for default.

4. Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

5. In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Let the T.C.R. be returned, if any, to the Court below.

8. The registry shall communicate a copy of this order to the Court below.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
