Mr. Aniket Mitra Ms. Jonaki Saha ...... for the State Petitioner is in custody for 11 months. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Victim housewife was tortured over demand of dowry. She suffered unnatural death within 4 months of marriage. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits in June, 2022. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
