2. It is submitted by Ms. Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioners that by issuing the said letter the writ petitioners have requested her to take appropriate step for withdrawal of the instant writ petition.

3. In view of such submission, WPCT 101 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
