The Petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of Nalhati Hari Prasad High School, DistrictBirbhum and he has filed the instant writ petition complaining the delay in disbursement of his retiral benefit.

Mr. Ranjan Saha, learned advocate for the State submits that in compliance with the direction passed by this Court the P.P.O has been issued and the concerned treasury has released pension in favour of the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed no further order need be passed in the matter, W.P.A. 21888 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
