Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

There are materials in the case diary suggesting that the petitioner is involved in the racket of collecting money from unsuspecting members of the public on the promise to provide jobs. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4661 of 2022 is dismissed.
