Mr. Prasad, learned Advocate for the State submits that in compliance with the direction dated January 28, 2025 passed by this Court, the Pension Payment Order as prayed for has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, he files a report dated March 17, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E.), 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no.4 herein, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further need not be passed.

WPA 22583 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
