The instant revision was disposed of being the judgment dated 13th January, 2023. In the concluding part, direction was issued upon the learned Magistrate 3rd Court at Burdwan to conclude the recording of evidence within certain period of time.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in the petition as well as matter of fact G.R. Case No. 3432 of 2013 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Burdwan. The words "learned Magistrate, 3rd Court at Burdwan" was absolutely a clerical mistake. In place of the words the learned Magistrate, 3rd Court at Burdwan appearing in the last Paragraph of Page 2 of the judgment, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court at Burdwan be read.

The instant order be made part of the judgment dated 13th January, 2023.
