4. The petitioner seeks the waiver of the conditions imposed on November 28, 2024 that, "the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Serampore police station and shall meet the

Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned police station on every alternative day until further orders". We have considered and allowed the prayer of the petitioner by keeping all other conditions unaltered.
